About VCPÖ - 奥地利华侨华人退休协会

Der Verein für Chinesische Pensionisten in Österreich (VCPÖ) was founded in Vienna in 2016 and is a non-profit organization with over 700 members, mostly Chinese pensioners who have lived and worked in Austria for a long time. The association organizes numerous activities every year to enrich the lives of its members, promote their physical and mental health, and support their integration into society. Our goal is to contribute to harmonious coexistence.

One focus is on cultural events that deepen the understanding of Austrian and Chinese culture and promote social interaction. Our most important annual events include the Chinese Spring Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, and local festivals in various districts of Vienna. A special highlight of the association's program is the "Kultursalon" lecture series, which takes place about once a month and covers various cultural topics.

奥地利华侨华人退休联谊会（VCPÖ）成立于2016年，总部位于维也纳，是一个拥有700多名会员的非营利组织。会员主要由长期在奥地利生活和工作的退休华人组成。VCPÖ的宗旨是通过组织丰富多彩的会员活动，促进和谐和共处，支持会员融入社会，通过各种精彩的文化活动和互动，加深会员对奥地利和中国文化的了解，增进文化交流，并在奥地利社会中发挥积极作用。

除了参与重点中国社区节庆活动、代表中国参与维也纳地方节日之外，VCPÖ协会的一个特色项目是每月举行的"文化沙龙"系列讲座，涵盖多元文化主题，为会员提供持续学习和交流的平台。

In the Name of the Moon

At the First Asian Harvest Full Moon Festival

Sharing the Charm of Asian Culture with Vienna

On Friday evening, October 18, 2024, the first "Asian Harvest Moonfest" transformed the government office building in Vienna's 10th district, Favoriten, into a joyous and lively cultural celebration venue.

With the support of Vienna's MA17 Department for Integration and Diversity and the 10th district Favoriten government office, chuanmener, together with Asian in Wien and multiple Asian community organizations and schools in Austria, is bringing the charm of the Asian moon to Vienna.

Through the joint efforts of chuanmener and friends from the Chinese community, the event is enriched with various elements such as Chinese lantern workshops, dance, singing, guqin performance, Taichi, Qiang ethnic acapella, and mooncakes. These diverse forms allow guests to experience the allure of Chinese culture through multiple senses including visual, auditory, and gustatory.

在第一届亚洲丰收满月节

与维也纳分享亚洲文化的魅力

2024年10月18日星期五傍晚，第一届"亚洲丰收满月节"将维也纳十区Favoriten政府办公楼变身为一个欢乐热闹的文化盛会现场。

在维也纳市MA17融合与多样性部门和10区Favoriten区政府办事处的支持下，chuanmener携手Asian in Wien及奥地利多个亚洲民间社区组织和学校共同携手，将亚洲月亮的魅力带到了维也纳。在chuanmener和中国社群朋友的共同努力下，通过中国花灯工作坊、舞蹈、歌唱、古琴、太极、羌族清唱及月饼糕点等多元形式丰富了整个活动，让来宾从视觉、听觉、味觉等多重感官体验了中国文化的魅力。
